Sent $550 to a friend for the first time (my account isn't new but it is the first time I've ever sent money). It seemed like everything went through fine and he said he received the money right away but the next day his account funds were frozen (Couldn't send or receive payments). Why did this happen? Too large of an amount? Please Help!
