Hello,
It is just as it sounds. I (accidentally) sent large payment (over 500) to wrong PayPal email address (person with same name) and tried to contact that person. They told me to open a PayPal dispute. So I did, and now states that it's in the Seller's favor and that unless I can appeal with new information there's no way I can get the money back. What? What should I do guys?

I’m in this same exact boat. I have sent the person 2 emails. Did you ever find a resolution? I feel the customer service is awful right now.
