I made a purchase through paypal a few weeks ago. The item I purchased had some problem at the end and so the seller agreed to send the money back for a refund.
However, the seller told me that since he is from Egypt, it is forbidden or restricted to send money from Egypt to USA through paypal.
I don't really think he is telling the truth because I haven't heard of similar cases. Is this seller lying to me or there exist difficulties to send money through paypal from Egypt to USA? Thanks in advance.
