Please if anyone can help me, i would appreciate it. i have a serious issue. i was approved to return an item to an overseas address. going through the steps it is asking me to upload a tracking number and a type of carrier. i have never done this before and paypal are not answering their phones. i have only done this on ebay where it does it all for you. paypal is not user friendly at all. any help would be appreciated.
