Sending Money to Friends and Family

Hello,

Someone scammed me to send money to them through PayPal through Friends and Family instead of Services and Goods for a service they didn't deliver now i submitted the claim to PayPal for dispute but they denied my request because i send the money to friends and family.

Can someone please tell me how can get a refund from that person

I have told the person to give me my money back but they refused

Sorry, there are no refunds or purchase protection for friends and family payment. You essentially sent a "gift" payment with no obligation to do anything in exchange. Be careful of those who ask you to send friends and family payment for goods and services.
