Hi, I got faulty airpods from some store and after opening a dispute the store gave paypal the most away location from my home even though they have one in my city! What I can do about this? Plus I can’t get out because there is a lockdown for 3 weeks. I got a faulty item in the box how is this my responsibility?

Today I got a call from the seller telling:
1) we can't refund you but we can make a replacement only if you cancel the Paypal dispute immediately! what can I do?

NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund or item, if you do they will ignore you.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
If they send a replacement and you have been refunded you can always re-pay.
Escalate to a claim.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
