Send all disputes through Credit Card company - PayPal has lost its way.

Getting a dispute handled in a reasonable time frame or with any sensible communication logistics has become impossible in the last few months.  They blame Covid but it has been getting worse for quite a while.  You only real (and timely) course of action is to pay for anything through PayPal with a credit card and then dispute through the card company.  Faster and more reliable service.  In the past month I have sent PayPal multiple files regarding a dispute and even though they show they have them on the dispute page... I continually get emails saying "please send the information or we are closing your case". Good luck getting a reply from anyone for days on end or anyone actually processing any information.
