If you put out a claim for a refund for money you sent to another recipient and it gets denied where does the money go? to their account and if so how long?
Thank you for your post. If you have opened a claim which was not found in your favor, the recipient would keep the funds that were sent. The funds would be immediately released to them upon the closure of the claim.
