Hi there. 4th of May I sent a package to the US from Denmark, the package got a flight the day after I was at the post house. And has been stuck in customs, and is listed as in transit now. By USPS. (note that package is insured) Buyer wants to dispute this, because of too long delivery time, but I feel I have done what I can, and warned of chances for delays due to Covid-19. My initial information by the post house was 5-7 days delivery time, but this has of course fallen apart due to the package being in customs for a month. The sale is private, through a forum on the web. Do I have the leverage in this situation? Kind regards, Peter.
