Trying to get a refund for wrong item received. Seller won't give me return address and pp keeps changing deadline

File dispute in resolution center (item substantially not as described) then escalate to claim. Let PP contact seller, if seller don't respond by estimated resolution date then you win. If PP keep pushing date back there is noting you can do. If dispute ruled not in your favor and you have good argument and evidence, you can try to appeal; using chat in message center.

 

Ask at that time when you more help.
