I was trying to get in touch with seller and he is not responding to my emails? Is it possible that paypal emails him? Can I somehow get his phone number?
We would not be able to provide you with your seller's phone number or email them for you if they are not replying to you however if you have purchased something and have not received it you can open a dispute for this on the Resolution centre on your PayPal account.
