Seller will not respond to my request for return information

I purchased two iRobot type vacuum cleaners from a seller in China. The cost was $119.78. The items are toys, not as represented at all. I can not get the Seller to respond to my numerous requests to contact me with return information, return shipping label, etc. I have submitted a question to PayPal Resolution Center, merely to get them to contact the Seller for me. PayPal issued a provisional refund and then took it back. All I want is to be able to return these TOYS that were so misrepresented and get a refund to my credit card. I'm not trying to be deceptive, I just want to return these items. I am getting no where with PayPal Resolution Center. I have been a PayPal customer for years and frustrated at this lack of attention to my issue. I just want PayPal to contact the Seller and tell the Seller to send me information to return these items. I appreciate any help.
