Seller wants to deliver item but I have a dispute in resolutios, as it is too late to deliver and I do not now need it. Do I accept the item when it comes? What should I do?

If the dispute is for non receipt of item then the only way the seller can win is by providing trackable proof of the item to you UNLESS it was listed as collection/delivery only?
Up to you if you want to accept it or not or keep the dispute ongoing.
