Seller wants me to return defective item, but I want a replacment sent.

Hi Guys,

I have a dispute, the seller wants me to return the item and give a refund, but I want a replacement item.

Also the seller wants to return the item to China, but the add said that the item is located in Dandinong Victoria Australia.

If I have toi return the item and get a refund, then I only want to send it to where the seller said the item was located. Is this fair?
