I had a problem with a 300$ Item I bought. The seller would not let me return it so I opened a dispute and won. PayPal said return the item for a full refund. I sent the item back to the address provided on PayPal and the address was incorrect (sellers mistake) so the item got returned back to me. PayPal went ahead and just issued me a refund and I ended up selling the item. The seller then asks for it back and for me to send to a different address. Since the items already long gone I just say too bad to him. Not sure if he’s serious but he said he’s taking Me to court. Thoughts ? Thanks
