I ordered an item online and waited 3 months to receive my purchase from Wuhan. But when I opened my parcel it was not the item I ordered.
I notified PayPal of the item switch who contacted the seller. The refund was about 35% of the cost I incurred. I'm guessing they are covering the cost of the item's purchase price.
Has anybody had experience with this before? What would be your advice? Accept the partial refund or insist on the full refund.
