I had a dispute with a seller & was offered a partial refund. I accepted it and the case is closed. After emailing them directly on an item which was still pending, I asked them if they could cancel it & refund me for the remainder of it. They said they sent me a message to accept the refund on the same case however I cannot find it anywhere on mm PayPal account. Can someone please help me?
