So I bought an item from a seller in Canada and today the seller ask me for my ID or they will cancel the order, I said no and then they sent me a message said that paypal has blocked the transaction but I didn’t receive any message from paypal, I already opened a dispute abt a different problem On this transaction and it’s closed so I can’t reopen it, I asked the seller to cancel the transaction but he said paypal doesn’t let him do that, what do I have to do to have my refund back? Please help me out!!
