Seller's false response to PayPal regarding shipping
PP says to me, "We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered."
PP has not provided me with the [false] information that the seller sent to PP. The Chinese merchant never even acknowledged my order and the light bulbs were not delivered.
How can I get PP to show me the [alleged] shipment tracking? Is it worth my time to appeal the PP decision without knowing anything about the [bogus] shipping tracking information?
