Seller refuses pay for postage fees for a item that should be part item cost. I paid $2.76. Looking at record this seems a illegal practice and other buyers that has cheated several buyers by same seller. These postage fees are NOT my responsibility i paid the cost of the sale. Any excess is seller job.

My mail man my package to me but he said there was a package fee due of $2.76. He said i could pay the fee or reject it then the package would send back to seller. I Assume this was sample mistake on someone's part so i paid fee. I assumed the seller would refund excess fee. No seller has refused request for refunds. I know NEXT time just refused to accept delivery with fees attached.
