Hi, I recently sold to someone on Depop, the item seems to have gone missing in the post and they are rightfully requesting I refund them, however I'd be losing out as I have not got the item, and would be losing the money from it too. Would I be able to get any refund from Paypal? Or would I just have to wait to hear from the postal service I used?

Thanks, I've already enquired with Royal Mail about one but would be receiving not even half the amount I sold the item for as compensation, is there no way I'd be able to get help from PayPal? Or if I instructed the buyer to open a dispute?
