Seller query re PP escalation claim

Hello ..Its regarding me being a seller in case
The buyer bought ebay item late APRIL 2018, And contacted me on Early May said item was wrong size I said she could return it for refund...29 TWENTY NINE days LATER she says she is returning it. She THEN OPENS a claim and escaltes case against me on Paypal... Ive NOT recieved it yet so I can NOT refund her as I have NO ITEM returned. ALL the options below (in the claim case) do not count until I have the item back.
So what do I do about the claim just wait the 10 days and see if it turns up ?????
