My customer bought items from my since June and her parcel signed for in July (tracking number submitted and tracked by DHL) On 15 of September she opened the dispute said she couldn’t receive her parcel (which she already did in July) Today 29th Sep PayPal closed my case and said they can’t check the tracking number I submitted (even when I email them I included the tracking print out from DHL) and I seems to lost my money which is £500 and £14 chargeback I feel it’s very unfair and I’m depressed as I’m a single mum and my husband died from COVID and now just only me dealing with all the bill and suddenly customer opened the dispute from 2 months ago try to get money for the parcel she already received. I’ve tried to contact her and she blocked me on WhatsApp and I contact people from PayPal but never got reply. I’m seeking for the help is anyone could help us please
