I wonder if anyone can help me on this. It's my first time to sell item on Facebook market and the buyer paid me through paypal. I'm sending this item (game) with tracking number and everything but I'd like to have 'seller protection' just in case the buyer claims for reverse the payment for a wrong reason. Is this something I can add an option or how does it work? The buyer sent me money but on the summary page, it says seller protection 'not eligible'. Does this status change once I attach the sending proof?
