Hey guys, I need some help. Nearly half a year ago I ordered an item from a seller on reddit, unfortunately it was damaged by UPS through shipping, the seller and I opened a damage claim for UPS but they refused because there was no BMO certificate on the shipping box, after some messages through the reddit chat the seller ended up ghosting me for 2 months~ when I tried asking him to start a partial refund claim for damages.
I ended up starting a paypal dispute for a partial refund and after a month and a half the seller offers me a full refund if I ship back the item. This wouldn't be a problem if it was 3 months ago but since its been so long I was unable to keep the original shipping package and product box because the size of the boxes were too big. Is there anything I can do?
