Seller not visible on activity list

Paid seller yet product never came, sale not visible on activity log how can I raise a dispute please advise

Did you pay as a guest buyer and didn't log into your paypal account during checkout?

If so then...........

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
