Seller not responding

Hey. I brought an item of clothing from a seller in the UK (I'm in Norway) . I wore it only for maybe 2 hours and it split (I did nothing to make this happen 😣) I contacted the seller, who initially responded, but, that was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard back since. I have messaged them several times by various methods. Does anyone know of anything I can do? Any advice is much appreciated

Locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) dispute.
