Used card with PayPal. Item sent. Item very damaged. No decent help from seller. Filed a dispute. Sent pictures, etc. Dispute resolved in our favor. Seller was very upset we filed dispute. After filing, we would not deal with Seller off of PayPal site. Now Seller is trying to bill us, saying our card denied payment, which is obviously not true, or item would not have been sent. They are hassling us by Mail, after we blocked them by email. Is this normal behavior? We’ve never been in any situation like this, can we just ignore them? Thank you.
