This is a Dyson vacuum battery.
This product failed less than 4 months. The seller claims to provide 5 years warranty on eBay, however, he is not replying my warranty request.
I did not expect to have 5 years warranty, but 4 months is way too short for a normal product!!!

Any warranty is normally between you and the seller and you can take legal action to enforce it if he is in your country and you think its worthwhile.
Paypal only covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described so you can 'try' opening a dispute for the latter but as its a long while since you bought it paypal may say that it was as described when you received it and so you are not covered.
Other than that you can try contacting your credit card issuer 'if' you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will help you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
