Hello,
As I won the case, I was required to deliver the item back to seller's address: <removed>, Catshill, Bromsgrove, B61 0GJ, UK. I sent it exactly to the address provided by Paypal. However, it's been 5 days since I posted it with the second-class signed for service by Royal Mail, it just says the item is with my local post-office. So I did some research online and find out that there is NOT any <removed> in Bromsgrove. There are only <removed>. Only <removed> exits there but its postcode (B61 0NT) is different from what seller provided (B61 0GJ). How dodgy is that! So:
If the item was returned to me/ Royal Mail failed to deliver, would it be classed as failure to return on time/would I still able to get my refund?
Thank you x
