Hi, I sold something on eBay a while ago and the buyer opened a not as described case, I had pictures so ebay actually aided with me, she has now opened a case through paypal, one of the options is ‘agree to a refund when the item has been returned’ do I have to pay to receive the item back like I would in an eBay case? Thanks
