I purchased something off someone and he sent a me something with nothing on it I contacted him and he constantly blamed me. I opened a dispute and he tried to say he sent me everything yet it wasn’t as described. I have opened a disputed on 23 June and I haven’t got a response yet, and the date is 6th July 2018 I thought you were supposed to get a refund if the seller did no respond after 10 days. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Lots of posts on the same issue in the last few days.
Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.
You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.
No problem, just didn't want it to 'time out' on you
Once the deadline has been met the seller is too late to respond.
Some folks are saying their refunds are trickling in now so it does go through just a bit later.
Maybe paypal staff are all taking their summer holidays at the same time?
