Seller has not collected item from post office that post man left a collection card

Ive had to send an item back to a seller as its a dispuite the roal mail knocked her door but got no answer so thay posted a collection card days have passed and the seller still has not collected the item pay pay is waitting the sellers responce so thay can refund me for goods not as discribed ...dose any one know whats going to happen now pls

Contact customer services and state you have done everything asked of you and its not your fault the seller is not picking up and you want your refund issued now............

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
