Seller harassing and intimidating

HI,

I paid for a online course using paypal. The course didnot go by schedule and the seller didnt provide the materials in time and respond to my emails.

So logged a dispute and paypal refunded the transaction after dispute resolution and escalation.

Now the seller has tracked me on social media and requesting payment. they are also intimidating and harassing me on linkdn, whatsapp and via email and threatening to take legal actions.

What should I do?

Hi @sivess21,

I'm sorry to hear that the other party in a dispute is harassing you. If you would like to report the other member for their conduct, please contact customer service or you can report the member directly to the team that evaluates violations of the Acceptable Use Policy by emailing the address found by clicking Legal and then clicking Acceptable Use Policy. The email address is toward the bottom of that policy page.

To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.

If you feel unsafe, you may wish to involve local law enforcement. PayPal cannot intervene directly, but we care about your safety and will cooperate with law enforcement if an investigation is necessary.

I hope this helps!
