Seller didn't respond to claim after 16 Days

Hello!
I escalated dispute to a claim in 18 June to PayPal and the seller has been asked to respond by 28 June.
Now is 4 July (16 days since I opened this claim) and nothing happened - the seller didn't respond to this claim, I didn't receive money back and I not even didn't receive any answer from PayPal about this...
What should I do in this case?

18 days the seller does not respond to the dispute. PayPal does not return my money.
Tell someone in PayPal that they fix this error.

I have the same situation. From the support of PayPal there are empty answers, they do not want to do anything. The dispute lasts more than 18 days. The seller does not respond.
Guys, maybe in other countries, everything is good? In the US, money is back? I'm from Europe. Maybe only the European PayPal brakes?

I think they are inundated with claims at the moment to do with the ZG TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED debacle.
Advice is voluntary.
