Seller didn't respond to claim after 14 Days

hello

 

i escalated my dispute to a claim in 17 JUNE to PayPal since the seller was not responding,

The seller has been asked to respond by Jun 27, 2018. and till now 01 July and nothing happened

what should i do ?
