Five days ago I bought a cage through ebay. The item is new, sealed and flat packed. The seller agreed by text message that they were happy to post the item. Paid in full by PayPal. Seller left Ebay message to say cage would be posted last Tuesday or Wednesday. It hasn't arrived yet and I know delivery time depends on courier. Sent polite ebay message today asking if seller could confitm postage and tracking. She was supposed to invoice me for postage and hasn't and is slow answering messages. If the item doesn't arrive after a week or so is it possible to get a refund? Seller has not sent address for collection and I have cctv so can show no delivery. Fingers crossed it arrives.
