Good morning. Due to a problem with a purchase I made, I filed a dispute which was escalated to PayPal. The seller offered to return the product in exchange for a full refund. However, in my country we are in strict quarantine, so I cannot go out to the post office to send a package as it is not allowed, nor is the post office working.
I wanted to know how to contact PayPal since there are two options in the dispute, submitting tracking information or canceling the dispute.
