I purchased an item and then noticed it will not be sent from the US so I emailed seller 3 times requesting estimated shipping info, but seller has not responded to any of my emails. How long do I have to wait before filing a dispute? I tried to file a dispute already and it was declined. It has been e weeks since original transaction. Thanks for any help
