Hello everybody I have a question to ask. Now I placed an order for a thigh shaper online in Jan 8, 2020 now keep in mind that I have been emailing the company for a tracking number. They kept telling that I didn't place an order when I got PayPal involved they found it. I had to wait ova 2 1/2 months to get the item, well they sent me a hard plastic that don't do anything I email them back letting them know that I want a refund. They told me that they would give me 10% of my money back, not good I had filed a complaint with paypal about this they closed my case without even knowing what's going on, just because they got a tracking number don't mean nothing. If you pay for something you should get it a d not something that don't work. Now PayPal is giving me the run around can't file a complaint nor talk to anybody. What should I do

There are 2 kinds of disputes:

  • Item Not Received (INR) – You bought something but didn’t receive it. (Wait at least 3 days from the transaction date to give your seller enough time to ship the item.)
  • Significantly Not as Described (SNAD) – You received an item but it was significantly different from the seller’s original description. (You might have to pay return shipping costs, but may be eligible for Return Shipping on Us. Activate Return Shipping on Us before filing your dispute to qualify for the benefit.)

Filing a INR claim, all the seller has to do is provide proof of delivery to close the case in their favor. You'll need to contact customer service, if you can get through, to change your INR dispute to a SNAD dispute.
