I was scammed on here and idk what to do he told me to use friends and family and the dispute was denied and i never got the product .

Yeah, happens quite a bit because scammers know how it works. Friends and family payment is only for personal payment to people you know and has no purchase protection. Sorry. Always use goods and service payment type for purchases.
