I recently purchased a wig from a company called Howig , my wife is undergoing chemotherapy treatment ,and is devastated by losing her hair , I ordered the wig 03/12/2020 which cost £136 and .£7 shipping and handling , we received the wig 30/12/2020 .My wife was in tears when she opened the box , the wig was totally different to the one she ordered, different colour poor quality [looks like a sheepdog], my daughter requested a return form ,sent pictures and numerous e mails back to Howigs , but all they offered was 20% refund on an e mail and said keep the wig,my daughter sent various replys stating that the wig was so bad , even sent pictures of the wig to Howig ,customer complaints , Anybody who can help we will be will be extremely grateful.
