Hello, I recently purchased three different vinyl records off of Discog.com. Unfortunately the seller I bought them from ended up being a scammer and I need to get my money back somehow since he will not respond and all Discogs can do is suspend him without giving me my money.
When I payed him through PayPal, I was at work and forgot my password to log-in. So I just used guest check out. I know that if I was in my account I could just use some kind of refund policy through it but in this case I didn't use my account. Could someone please let me know how to resolve this issue. I can send you screenshots of the transaction or whatever. I just want my money back.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
