On 5/4/20 I made a purchase using paypal. On 5/20/20 I filed a dispute due to not receiving my order. On 5/21/20 my dispute was denied because the shipper stated to paypal that my order had been delivered. On the same day I received an envelope bearing the tracking code for the order, not the merchandise ordeted. Paypal will not allow me to escalate the dispute and has not responded to numerous messages. Furthermore, no customer service agent is available by phone. How can I resolve this and avoid running out of time before customer service is reestablished m
