I purchased an item but the item they sent was completely different. They claim they will refund my money when I send the item back to them in Asia. They can easily claim they didn't get the item, but it was actually sent from CA. It looks like the protocol for PayPal is to let the seller get away with fraud. The item they sent was a joke compared to the actual item they had in the ad. It is getting closer to the date when it will be cancelled. I tried to send it to the next level with PayPal but I don't think it has been escalated. I am done with PayPal if this doesn't get resolved, I understood my payment was safe I used PayPal.
