Hi PayPal support. I recently came across a problem. I was recently starting a freelancing job but realized quickly it was a scam. The only information I gave them was my email address. With that email address they opened up a PayPal account. I promptly changed my email password to avoid them verifying the account but am unsure as to how to proceed to avoid issues.
