Scammer Showing a Different Case ID than the one Paypal gave me
Good Day! So there's this guy that has scammed me. He has already gotten the product yet decided to refund it by reporting it as an "unauthorized payment" Though I understand that it's because I didn't use an invoice(which i didn't know back then). But what I have noticed was he has been showing people that he has refunded me and cancelled the "unauthorized payment", though I can't help but noticed that we have a different case IDs. And I'm not sure if it's Paypal's way of handling cases or the guy is committing fraud. Is there a way to contact Paypal urgently about this?
