So today I ordered something from some guy on twitter and then I relised It was a scam when he compleatly changed his profile on twitter and claimed he was hacked after I already sent him the money. I immediately opened a dispute and told  him that I want to cancel the order and refund me the money. He than told me I didn't give him enough time to ship it by making a dispute on the 1st day. He also has an obviously fake website which he later removed from his profile and the company to which I made a transaction is fake. What should I do? Can I get my money back

As long as you opened the correct dispute of non receipt of item AND did NOT pay using the friends/family option then put in all the information and escalate it to a claim when you can for Paypal to review.

Thank you for your reply. What do you mean by "put in all the information". Thankfully i didnt't pay using friends/family.
