My sister has been scammed, sold a watch on ebay, have the proof it was delivered but the buyer has informed PayPal he did not receive the goods, they have instantly believed him, refunded him, taken my money, froze her account and closed it down. Tried everything to speak to someone, nothing! Can anyone help?
