I brought a item from my winter shop a small sander polisher back in january I opened a despite with paypal had no joy so escalated the case then they sent a item with tracking number its arrived as a scratch pen thing from china nothing at all like I ordered now I fear paypal will see they have delivered and decide in there favors i cant get through to anyone its stressing me out
There should be an option in the resolution centre to CHANGE the dispute from non receipt of item TO item received but not as described but you must do it quickly before it closes.

Apparently its already been escalated and under review it wont allow me to do anything This will be Second time paypal have decided in others favours when there is clear scam
